Terms and Conditions
By accepting a repair job and sending me the product to be repaired you are accepting these terms and conditions.
*If a repair is not up to your standard you will be granted with a full refund.
*If a repair has not been successful no charge will be given and the iDevice will be returned in the state it originally came in.
*If more problems have come during the repair by myself those will be fixed, If more issues have come not during the repair or by myself, these will be discussed with you and will arrange a solution to solving the issues found.
* No repair is guaranteed. But I stride to getting your device back to working order. There is no guarantee that any repair will be successful yet many repairs have come off as expected and have been working for years ahead.
* If a item is lost during transit, iMatt takes no responsibility for that item. We use parcel post tracked for out repairs. You can phone the couriers and they will arrange for A) A refund of the value of the product B) A replacement.
* If your product has more issues discovered during the repair, The repair will grind to a stop and you will be immediately contacted and advised on the best way to resolve the issues found before the initial repair is carried on.
*If a item after the repair has been tampered with or physically damaged or around this area of abuse iMatt does not take any responsibility on refunds, support or replacements. If the product has been faulty due to the customers handling after the repair we will not take any responsibility for it.
